Fall 2019: But what happened?

We had a visit: holidaymakers who take the break on the road to Brittany, Grenobles curious about our place of installation,…

We also had help: maintenance in the garden, hedge size, raspberry picking, Genets clearing, ... Thank you all.

I did an internship on the transformation of berries at CFPPA in Florac in the Cévennes. On the program: jams, coulis, compotes, juice, fruit pasta.

The “barn is slowly advances.

The “Agricultural Building” site remained in a standstill all fall. The mason was late (his worker left him + health concerns). The site has just started (January 2020) → following the next episode.
