The pace of our “agricultural-ecological-organic” project has accelerated: crops, harvests, construction sites, markets, ... it's still not easy to find time to write to you...
So to catch up, I'm trying a little recipe of my own:

By gently stirring this will give a softness to the Forez,
by kneading energetically it will be a Livradoise gluttony.
